But if you have a very high proportion of body fat, you’re obese. Based on your body mass index, your doctor or other health professional will classify your weight as healthy, overweight, or obese. I eat 3-5 portions of fruit/veg a day and have high fibre cereals/wholegrain carbs. I don’t eat a lot of protein mainly tuna or chicken.
